Qualifications and experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, and candidates must have already graduated, as the internship demands full-time (40 hours per week) commitment and a solid academic foundation.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations support, ideally within a nonprofit or international organization.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with HRIS and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack ) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and another language
- Hands-on attitude, flexibility and ability to adapt to new tasks and a willingness to help out when required
