REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Job Qualifications: Education, Abilities, Skills, and Experience The applicant for the WALIMU Research Administrative Assistant job must have. Education and Training
• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in public health, Social Sciences, Health Administration, or a related field
• Training in research methods, project management, or monitoring and evaluation is desirable. Experience
• At least 3 years of prior experience working in a research or health project setting, preferably in clinical trials or implementation research or a related context.
• Experience with TB, HIV, or other community-based health programs is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to support project administration, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination. Skills and Competencies
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with community partners, research staff, and investigators. Other Requirements

• Flexibility and willingness to travel to field sites as needed.
