Description

Supported by GIZ, the African Feminist Change Makers Program 2.0 will offer investment readiness training for women-led science ventures to help them attract appropriate capital and increase understanding and use of blended financial instruments. The program will provide tailored training and mentorship support to the selected enterprises across key areas such as investment models, financial planning, and scaling up gender responsive and climate-smart businesses. 
 
Please note that selected participants must commit to spend at least 2 hours per week during the 4-month support phase of the training starting in November.
 
 
Application Instructions
  • Please refer to the eligibility criteria below before submitting the application:

    • Enterprises must be women-owned or women-led
    • Enterprises must be science-led and contributing to climate mitigation/ adaptation
    • Enterprises should be in growth stage of operations
    • Enterprises must be operational for at least 3 years
    • Enterprises must be actively looking to raise capital
  • Review all questions and prepare your responses in advance, before you start filling up the form. You can download a copy of the application form here. 
  • Applicants can save their progress on the application form by clicking on “Save” icon at the end and keeping a record of the generated link. Please note that the application must be submitted before the deadline. 
  • All questions are mandatory, please ensure you fill them all before submitting the application.
