As a Technical Recruiter Intern at Heizen, you’ll work closely with our leadership team and hiring managers to source, screen, and recruit top-tier technical talent. You’ll gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, AI/ML, and product roles while learning to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit in a high-growth startup environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals)
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical background and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with engineering managers and senior engineers
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future technical roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in ATS
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Assist in creating job descriptions and optimizing recruitment processes

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Previous internship or project experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (preferred)
- Familiarity with professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Basic understanding of software development roles and technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and willingness to learn ATS tools
Compensation
₹10,000-15,000 per month stipend + Performance Bonus
