- Be Africans aged 18–28
- Have little or no prior experience in tech
- Demonstrate commitment, perseverance, and grit
- Own a personal laptop suitable for development
- Be willing to participate in a fully virtual training programme.
How are Applicants Selected?
Selection is based on:
- Meeting the age and basic eligibility requirements
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn
- Ability to commit to 12 months of virtual training
