Are you ready to transform your ideas for change into action? The ASEAN Future Catalyst Fellowship (FCF) is a 10-week online journey designed to empower aspiring changemakers. Running from 5 January to 21 March 2026, the fellowship helps participants explore social entrepreneurship, build impactful projects, and connect with like-minded youths across ASEAN and beyond

This year’s theme, Women in Tech for Impact, highlights the power of technology as a driver of positive social change. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and community building, fellows will gain clarity, confidence, and collaboration skills to take their ideas from 0 to 0.5 , the crucial first step toward real-world impact.

Eligibility

The fellowship is open to diverse participants worldwide, with a strong welcome to ASEAN applicants.

  • Age: 18 to 35
  • Location: Global, with priority for ASEAN member countries
  • Passion: Interest in creating societal or environmental solutions
  • Openness: Willingness to collaborate with peers
  • Experience: No prior background required , open to students, professionals, or explorers.
 

Program Schedule

The 10-week journey is carefully designed to balance learning, building, and mentorship.

  • Week 1 (17–18 Jan 2026): Catalyst Intensive Bootcamp
    • Two-day deep dive into impact innovation
    • Hands-on design, founder insights, venture capital training
  • Week 2 (24 Jan 2026): Discovery Lab
    • Team formation
    • Define problem statements
    • Align with relevant SDGs
  • Week 3 (31 Jan 2026): LinkedIn Personal Branding + Mentorship Round 1
    • Learn LinkedIn branding essentials
    • Meet your first mentor
  • Week 4 (07 Feb 2026): Scaling for Impact + Mentorship Round 1 (Deep Dive)
    • Explore growth and sustainability for social ventures
    • Continue mentor sessions
  • Week 5 (14 Feb 2026): Build Sprint 1
    • Start building MVPs using no-code/low-code tools
    • Conduct user testing
  • Week 6: No session (Chinese New Year break)
  • Week 7 (28 Feb 2026): Career Catalyst I – Feedback Circles
    • Personalized feedback on resumes, portfolios, and career plans
  • Week 8 (07 Mar 2026): Storytelling Forge + Mentorship Round 2
    • Master storytelling and pitch design
    • Connect with second-round mentors
  • Week 9: Final Build (no session)
  • Week 10 (28 Mar 2026): FCF Demo Day
    • Pitch projects to judges
    • Receive feedback
    • Celebrate with the community
 

Registration & Deposit

To ensure commitment and accountability, participants must pay a refundable deposit:

  • Students: SGD $18
  • Working Youths (18–35): SGD $30

Important Notes:

  • Attendance at Week 1 Bootcamp and Week 10 Demo Day is mandatory.
  • Deposit is fully refunded upon completion of 75% of training requirements.
  • Student status will be verified via student ID or student email.

  • Submit proof of student status if applying for the student rate
