In coordination with the Regional Grants Finance Accountants, the Grantsa Finance Officer ensures timely partner assessments and due diligence exercises are conducted, disbursement of Funds to Partners, Partner Liquidations, Partner Capacity Strengthening, Partner On-boarding and off Boarding, Close out of partnerships, Reconciliation of Partners payments, filing of partner Documents both in soft and hard copy, partner budget monitoring and carries out weekly posting of partners transactions into the SAP4HANNA system among others. The Grants Finance Officer provides support to the  PIU partners  in the areas of grants management through timely assessments and on-boarding of partners, grants partner disbursements,  partner capacity building, partner liquidations among others.

Grade: Level 13.
