Role Overview: Grow aftermarket share by selling genuine parts for MAN, Foton, Randon, Hyundai, and Deutz-Fahr.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to transport hubs, construction sites, and farms.
- Perform fleet audits to identify immediate parts needs.
- Pitch genuine parts as cost-saving solutions.
- Conduct training for mechanics on genuine parts usage.
- Support marketing campaigns (parts promotions, seasonal discounts).
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.
- Prepare competitor benchmarking reports.
- Handle warranty claims and coordinate with service teams.
- Submit weekly call reports and client feedback summaries.
- Manage accounts, bulk orders, and seasonal planning.
- Re-engage dissatisfied clients and rebuild trust.
