About the Role
You’ll support the Proxima Solutions office team with day-to-day administrative tasks — from document management and client communication to scheduling and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and wants to learn how a professional technology company operates from the inside.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and organise company documents and records
- Handle incoming calls, emails and client inquiries
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, letters and internal communications
- Support the team with procurement and logistics admin
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field
- Final year student or recently graduated (2024 / 2025)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional, discreet and a team player
