Key Responsibilities:
 Receive cash, mobile money, and other payments from clients for services rendered.
 Issue official receipts for all transactions.
 Reconcile daily collections with service records and submit accurate reports.
 Maintain updated and secure records of all transactions and balances.
 Support preparation of periodic financial reports and summaries.
 Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all payment documentation.
 Alert management of any discrepancies or irregularities in payment records.
 Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to support smooth service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
 A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution.
 At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a busy health facility, NGO, or small enterprise.
 Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
 High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and under pressure.
