DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Split offline assignments according to zones and compile report shared to respective field offline team leaders
:
Leads generation
Daily analysis of GPS tracking report and compile hotspots on shared offline accounts. Sourcing for additional customers contacts (those whose phones are always off) through use of available tracing tools
Investigation cases backlog admin
Analyzing stolen cases and coordinating with our security, legal and police to help in account recovery
Compile individual customers report/summary (should narrow down to 4 or 5 probable locations we can get the customer)
Daily analysis of unsuccessful field visits from investigation tasks provided and share more information that can lead to successful visit
Coordinating with our security department to source for additional customer details for the clients whose contacts have been off.
Any other duties assigned.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of experience in debt collections, skip tracing, or a related role (strongly preferred)
Experience with third-party collections or recovery of charged-off accounts is a plus
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
