DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring that team leaders meet their monthly targets
Ensuring that there is equity when sharing cases with team leaders
Ensuring that the country- wide offline process flow of cases/work is maintained
Monitoring portfolio performance
Coming up with strategies on how to improve performance
Coaching and training existing team leaders as well as field staff
Making various approvals
Link between the team leaders and hard collections manager
Monitoring agents performance
Overall expense reduction strategies
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS COMPETENCIES
Degree/diploma in Business administration or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
At least 3 years experience in relevant field
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Fluent English
Good leadership/performance management skills
Loyalty and integrity
