- Implement inventory management practices to mitigate waste and loss
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports to management and recommend corrective actions as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the hotel industry or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and cost control principles
- Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills
- Proficient in financial management software and MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
