To provide leadership and management in the provision of ICT Service Delivery, Information Governance, and Business Transformation teams to ensure they have the requisite skills and resources.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ICT Service delivery function.
- Develop the supply and distribution of information to improve decision-making.
- Lead and manage the Business Transformation function.
- Maintain legal compliance through software licensing.
- Define the ICT Strategy and develop supporting policies.
Person Specification:
- Qualifications: Honours degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Professional certification (ITIL, MCSE) is an advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in ICT, with 3 years at a senior level in a large organization.
- Skills: Proven leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strategic ability.
