Key Responsibilities:
 Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software at the Centre.
 Provide technical support to staff on computer, network, and system-related issues.
 Ensure data security, backup, and confidentiality of organizational information.
 Maintain and update electronic health records systems and other digital platforms.
 Manage social media platforms, website content, and online visibility.
 Produce engaging content for newsletters, blogs, and community updates.
 Design posters, flyers, and other IEC (Information, Education, Communication) materials.
 Document organizational activities through photography, videography, and storytelling.
 Build and maintain relationships with media houses and community influencers.
Qualifications & Experience:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems & Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or related
field from a recognized institution.
 At least 2 years’ experience in IT support, digital communications, or related roles (NGO/health sector
experience is an added advantage).
 Proficiency in social media management, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), and website
content management.
 Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and basic ICT infrastructure maintenance.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
