To provide clerical support to the Authority by ensuring routine and regular office maintenance and facilitate meetings by provision of consumables and other requirements as and when required
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine office maintenance to ensure that offices are always clean
- Prepare/serve refreshments to staff and customers to ensure that staff, visitors and board of Directors are served tea and refreshments when required and the decision-making type is routine and basic decision making.
- Maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communication to ensure receiving and distributing communications from office to office and the decision making type is policy and operating decision making.
- Provide administrative support to ensure that office documents are photocopied and bound and the decision-making type is policy and operating decision, and
- Undertake any other assignments as may be directed from time to time.

- Diploma in any field

- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role within an office, hotel or related environment
