Responsible for performing high-quality radiographic imaging to assist in diagnosing and treating health conditions. Operating radiographic equipment, ensuring patient safety, maintaining radiographic records, and adhering to radiation protection protocols.
 Key Duties & Responsibilities
1.    Operate the X-ray, Ultra sound and CT scan machines to acquire diagnostic images;
2.    Carry out x-rays, ultrasounds, and CT as per physician orders, and seeks the Radiologist for technical review of findings;
3.    Proper storage of X-ray, Ultrasound, CT scan films and record maintenance of their inventory and use;
4.    Requisitions for supplies necessary in the radiology department for x-ray, ultrasound, and CT scan work and record maintenance;
5.    Planning and ensuring regular servicing and maintenance of imaging equipment in the department;
6.    Implementation and ensuring compliance of radiation protection regulations in the department;
7.    Communicates effectively with all other staff to ensure successful patient care from every discipline within the facility;
8.    Performs on-call and emergency duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

 Required Qualifications
             i.        Bachelor’s in Medical Radiography from a recognized Institution.
            ii.        Registration certificates and valid practicing license.
 Tenure of Appointment
4-year contract
