About the Role

You’ll be responsible for coordinating the daily movement of our field installation teams across Kampala and beyond. This includes scheduling vehicle use, tracking field team deployments, managing fuel usage, and ensuring all company vehicles are maintained and roadworthy. A critical operational role in a company that literally sells fleet management solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and coordinate daily transport for field installation teams
• Manage company vehicle allocations, maintenance and service records
• Monitor fuel consumption and enforce fuel usage policies
• Liaise with clients on site visit timing and access
• Maintain transport logs, trip reports and driver records
• Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, licensed and insured
• Support the operations manager with logistics planning

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management or related field
• At least 1–2 years experience in a transport or fleet coordination role
• Valid driving permit (Class B minimum)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Kampala roads and greater Uganda geography
• Honest, reliable and calm under pressure
