Am MWESIGYE JULIUS a person who graduated with a Bachelor’s DEGREE in COMMUNITY PSYCHOLOGY and I have 4yrs experience with different companies

1. Red cross SOCIETY as an internee

2. CTPA CONSULT as a program COORDINATOR

3. Airtel Uganda as customer care executive

4. Blue Crane Communications a company that sells internet to cooperate people

5. BEN WORLD LIMITED as a field officer

6. Platinum CREDIT microfinance as a loans officer manager

So with all that experience I find myself in the condition that I can work government organizations, non government organizations and ministers and health organizations due to the course I did and the experience i gained from Red cross Society which was an organization that gave me the experience of how to handle duties of organizations and CTPA CONSULT which gave me the experience of program COORDINATOR management in relation of how other organizations and institutions work and handling many multi task projects and dissertations of my research at campus which gave me experience to know qualitative and quantitative research and open ended approaches and descriptive approaches methods so In that carlliba i have alot of expertise in those things listed above and many more like

● Computer skills

● Gender sensitive

● Management skills

● Leadership skill

● Proficient in Microsoft office

● Monitoring and evaluation

And all these come as experiences due to the different companies and organizations I worked for above

In regards I hereby submit and post this to get a job with a better position and which can at least facilitate the same competency to help the company grow and as I learn and earn from them and at least facilitate a salary of 850,000ugx to 950,000ugx which I used to get from the above companies I worked for thou their contrants where some where for months and 1 yrs and get done so now I prefer a permanent job
