Description

TheĀ Green Fellows ProgramĀ is a prestigious initiative designed for young professionals, students, and recent graduates who are committed to addressing global sustainability challenges. It is open to individuals aged 18 to 35 from all countries who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral program or have graduated within the last two years. Through participation in a series of high-impact conferences and engagement with experts, fellows gain valuable knowledge, expand their networks, and enhance their research skills.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Green Fellows Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Ā Education: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral program or be a recent graduate (within the last two years).
  • Field of Interest: Must have a demonstrated interest or academic focus in:
    • Sustainability
    • Environmental science
    • Food security
    • Climate action
    • Environmental law
    • Other related fields
  • Residency: Open to applicants from all countries.

Application Process

  1. Complete theĀ Green Fellows application formĀ on theĀ Green Institute website.
  2. If you’re selected as a Finalist, you’ll participate in anĀ interview with our panel of experts. Your profile will also be highlighted in our Talent Report.
  3. Selected candidates will receive onboarding details and personalized guidance. Finalists and Fellows will be notified within two months after the application deadline.

Program Requirements

  1. Participate in all program activities, including virtual conferences and collaborative projects.
  2. PerformĀ monthly community service activitiesĀ in your local area and document these efforts with photos, videos, or written summaries.
  3. Submit a report of your community service activities each month, detailing your contributions and their impact.
  4. Actively engage with the Green Fellows network and contribute to discussions and initiatives.

Important Dates

  • Application Period Closes:Ā June 30, 2025
  • Application Review: Begins after the deadline
  • Finalist Notifications: Within two months of the application deadline
  • Fellowship Start Date: Upon selection and onboarding

Submission Policies

  • Complete Applications: Ensure all required sections are filled out. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
  • Deadline Compliance: Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • One Submission per Applicant: Multiple applications will be disqualified
