BDA is an 8 month virtual fellowship starting on April 11, 2025 until December 13. This program aims to address the underrepresentation of Black employees in Public Sector and Global Diplomacy Careers by providing Black Youth Ages 18-35 with specialized training and learning opportunities.

 Eligibilities
Currently attending or recently graduated (within 24 months) from a College/University program
- Identify as Black/African descent- Between the ages of 18 – 35 years old
- Interest in Diplomatic and Public Sector Careers
- Available to participate in 4 hours of online module delivery/week.
