Today, with a community of nearly 13,500 talents across more than 50 countries, the Maison continues to embody this legacy of excellence, creativity, and transmission. Dior remains a sustainable home for learning, daring, and personal growth.
Important Program Information
- This program is not a recruitment pathway for an internship or job at Dior or UNESCO.
- It is a mentorship and education program running in parallel with a participant’s studies.
- Applications are open 26 November – 31 December 2025 (11:59 PM Paris Time).
- Applications submitted outside this window will not be considered.
Candidates must be:
- Women currently enrolled full-time in a higher education institution
- Under 30 years old at the time of application
- Final-year undergraduate or current postgraduate students (Master’s or PhD)
- From any academic field, with demonstrated commitment to women’s empowerment
- Proficient in English at B2 level or above
- First-time applicants to the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program
