Strategic Priorities
Projects should aim to:

Strengthen national capacity to implement safe chemicals and waste management policies.

Promote sustainable practices in high-impact sectors such as electronics, textiles, agriculture, and construction.

Foster cross-sector cooperation between health, labour, environment, and industry.

Demonstrate scalable impact and potential for replication across regions.
Who Can Apply
Governments
-
Eligible applicants include developing economies, least developed countries (LDCs), small island developing states (SIDS), and countries with economies in transition (CEITs) listed in the UN World Economic Situation and Prospects Report.

Applications must include a support letter from the national Global Framework on Chemicals focal point.

Cross-sectoral support letters (health, labour, etc.) are strongly encouraged.
Civil Society Networks

May apply with approval from the host country’s national focal point.

Applications must include a signed letter of agreement from the focal point.
