Oranisation Overview

About the Fellowship

The Fellowship is a 13-month leadership development program modeled after top-tier executive training initiatives. Its primary goal is to accelerate the growth and impact of nonprofit organizations by equipping leaders with the tools, confidence, and strategies they need to scale.

Our Mission

We improve the lives of children and youth around the world by accelerating the community impact of social change leaders.

Our Story

Our founder and Board Chair, Randy Haykin, conceived Gratitude Network at the crossroads of a milestone birthday. After turning 50, Randy, a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist, sought a shift toward charitable giving and making a meaningful impact on marginalized communities. He launched his “Gratitude 365” experiment, posting one thing he was grateful for each day for a year.

Soon, Randy realized that gratitude could spark action. He approached his network of colleagues, friends, and neighbors in the Bay Area and invited them to join him in creating change. Thus, Gratitude Network was born and began its global movement to revolutionize the non-profit industry.
