Fellowship Tracks
Fellows will specialize in one of four tracks:

Due Diligence & Venture Analysis – Evaluate startups, model financials, and prepare investment briefs.

Curriculum & Learning Design – Design founder programs and learning experiences.

Alumni & Community Relations – Build and engage the global alumni ecosystem.

Impact Measurement & Sustainability – Track and report social and environmental outcomes.
Who Should Apply
-
Early-career talent or recent graduates with experience or interest in startups, VC, finance, consulting, research, community building, or program operations.

Fluent in English and comfortable working across time zones and multicultural teams.
-
Available 20–30 hours per week from February to September 2026, with in-person attendance in London August–September 2026.

Who This Fellowship Is Not For

Program Highlights

10+ masterclasses and workshops with real-world investment and impact focus.
-
200+ hours of hands-on training, including startup evaluation, due diligence, and program operations.

1:1 mentorship with Hult Prize operators and external industry leaders.

Capstone project in your track (e.g., investment memo, impact report, alumni event, or demo day delivery).

Potential follow-on opportunities: Master’s scholarship at Hult International Business School or supported entry into impact careers.
Fellowship Timeline
Discover (February – March 2026)

Observe startup selection and shadow Hult Prize decision-making.

Learn how impact ventures are evaluated and how fellows operate.

Begin reviewing live startup applications and understand the ecosystem.
Execute (April – May 2026)

Conduct founder interviews and support due diligence.

Contribute to shaping incubator and accelerator cohorts.

Take on hands-on responsibilities in evaluating and supporting startups.
Lead (June – September 2026)

Own track-specific projects and deliver your capstone output.

Engage directly with founders, alumni, and Hult Prize teams.

Lead founder-facing work, publish investment or impact outputs, and run learning or alumni initiatives
