Who Can Apply?

- Must be a 100% African-owned and African-led enterprise
- Registered and operational in the country of application
- Functioning for at least 2 years with consistent operations
- Must have a minimum of 200 active members or suppliers
- Ability to provide financial statements from the last two years
- Must not have any government ownership or control
- Must demonstrate basic governance, financial, and management systems
