Eligibility Criteria:
In order to be considered for the HKU ADB Scholarship 2026 in Hong Kong (Fully Funded), students must:
- Be a citizen of a Japanese ODA scholarship-eligible nation and an ADB member.
- Fulfill the university’s general requirements.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Possess a minimum of two years of full-time, professional work experience.
- Be under 35 years old when submitting an application.
- After completing their master’s degree, they commit to working back home for at least two years.
- Have been accepted into a master’s program at the University of Hong Kong.
