Who you are:
- You have 2-3 years of experience doing business development
- You have experience with digital products; are tech savvy and understand how to drive value to customers through technology
- You like talking to customers and have experience handling 3-5 client meetings per day.
- You have experience working in the tech industry especially in Fintech and payment systems.
- You are result-oriented and have a track record of delivering results on time.
- You are a good listener and are able to understand root-cause problems that clients are experiencing and offer practical solutions to those challenges.
- You are a good communicator, with excellent presentation skills
- You are a team player and know how to work in team
- You are accountable; Know how to provide feedback or ask for help when it is needed.
Roles:
- Collaborate with the tech development and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Upsell new value propositions to existing clients
- Develop and present Return-on-Investment proposals for new clients
- Work with the sales team on client acquisition, activation, revenue generation and achieving referrals
- Be account manager for select clients/partners
- You will participate in the promotion of Stre@mline products and servicesÂ
- You will collect feedback from customers and the market that feeds into our continuous innovation processes
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Computing, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology and related courses
- Certifications in business development are an added advantage
